What is the Bandit Concierge service?

Simply put, Bandit Concierge lets you hold you order to save on shipping costs. Are you in the market for two games, but one is in stock and what is out of stock? We've all been through that frustration. With Bandit Concierge you don't need to make a difficult decision. We'll hold any game, any order up to 3 months after the purchase date, allowing you to place an order in the future when the other game(s) you are looking for are released or back in stock.

How do I hold my order?

Before checking out, add the Hold My Order (Bandit Concierge) product to your cart. Click here to go to the product page. Once added, complete your purchase as normal via the checkout pages. While checking out you will notice that the shipping charge is $0.00, indicating that your order will be placed on hold. This will ensure that your package is set aside and held until you place your final order, or 3 months have passed. When selecting this option, you will not be charged any shipping fees, this will be calculated after you have placed your final order and are ready to have your items sent to you.

How long will you hold my order for?

Orders will be held for up to 3 months from the purchase date. If we have not received a request to ship your order within 90 days of purchase, you will be contacted by our team to arrange for shipping payment (if applicable) or to cancel your order. Orders cancelled that have been held for more than 30 days are subject to a 10% restocking fee upon cancellation.

Additional orders placed do not extend the 90 day shipping window on original orders. For example, if Order A is placed on January 1, it must ship no later than March 1. If Order B is placed February 1, this does not extend the window on shipping Order A beyond March 1.

What do I do when I want my order shipped?

After you have placed all of your orders and are ready for everything to ship, simply send us an email at support@boardgamebandit.ca letting us know you'd like your orders shipped. Please include the following information in your message:

  • Name
  • E-Mail Address
  • Order Numbers

Depending on the combined subtotal of your orders you may need to pay for shipping prior to your order leaving our store.

How do you charge shipping on Bandit Concierge orders?

All hold/Concierge orders are eligible for the Free Standard Shipping promotion. Once the request to ship your orders is received, your order subtotal will be calculated based on the subtotal of all items after discounts and prior to shipping and taxes. If this amount is greater than $150, your orders will ship immediately at no cost. If the subtotal is less than $150, you will receive an email invoice for the appropriate shipping charge based on your province. Once this has been paid your items will ship out within 2-3 business days.

Can I cancel a Bandit Concierge order?

All Bandit Concierge orders can be cancelled at any time. However, any orders that have been on hold for 30 days or more are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Refunds will be made to the original method of payment, less the 10% restocking fee (if applicable).
