Looking to save on shipping costs? Want to make sure you don't miss out on a game currently in-stock while you wait on a new game to be released? If so, the Bandit Concierge Service is perfect for you! This 'hold my order' option allows you to place your order, thereby securing your copy of whatever you have purchased, but having our team hold the order at our store for shipment at a later date.

How it Works:

1. Add the items you'd like to order and held from shipping to your cart.
2. Add the 'Hold My Order (Bandit Concierge) product to your cart.
3. Complete your checkout and pay for your order as you would normally. As you are checking out notice that your shipping charges will be $0.00. Any applicable shipping charges (on combined orders less than $150 before taxes) will be invoiced when shipment is requested if not paid for already.

When will my order ship?

You can let us know you'd like your order shipped in one of two ways:

If your combined orders are not above $150 before taxes:

• When placing your final order, do not add the Hold My Order product to your cart.
• Pay the applicable shipping charge when checking out.
• The Bandit team will combine all orders and ship them.

If your combined orders are above $150 before taxes:

• When placing your final order, add the Hold My Order product to your cart.
• Checkout as you would normally, you will not be charged for shipping as you have the Hold My Order product in your cart.
• Reach out to The Bandit team and let us know you'd like your orders shipped, we'll combine all orders and ship them to you right away.
