You and your opponents will try to choose the most lucrative parcels of land and buildings, then place these parcels and buildings wisely so as to make your city as prosperous as possible. You can also win the support and gain the assistance of the most influential people in the city. Do not ignore your opponents as they will often try to make the best moves in your stead, with a blind bidding mechanism determining who goes first in each round.
