An evening of betrayal, politics and dancing.

It’s an evening of intrigue and betrayal in the Doge’s beautiful palace. A masked ball is the perfect time to scheme towards obtaining greater influence. Masques is played over a series of Dances that consists of three movements. Each Dance, players assemble their hand through a draft, play Influence and Plot cards in the castle, and then resolve their effects.

Players takes on the head of a family looking to rise in the political ranks. Plot cards allow them to gain Ducats and Faction Seals. Influence cards affect the dance in different ways. Through careful planning and well timed card placement, players could find themselves at the side of the king.
